Your ability to maintain your centre of mass over a stable base. Protect yourself from falls and injury.

The ability to move quickly and easily while maintaining control.

Cardio

Your heart and lungs (your engine) need to move oxygenated blood throughout your body as needed. Keep your heart strong.

Flexibility

Your ability of your muscles to move your bones and joints through a full range of motion. Your body was meant to move...not to sit still.

 

Nutrition

Giving your body the nutrients, vitamins and minerals it needs to do what you ask  it.

Secondary Aging

We all experience many secondary effects of aging. We don't know when they will come, but they will come. Diseases, accidents, injuries, illnesses, depression, environmental issues, They all push downward on our aging curves.
