Working out with me means you follow along with my workouts..

If you are unfit, meaning you have not exercised in years, or possibly decades, I have included a 3-month course designed to help you become able to move for 25-30 minutes a day. If needed, you can repeat it at higher levels.

If you are able to move for 30 minutes a day, then you start with me. I include several progressions which help you make it easier. or harder, whichever you need.

Some Experience

'Work Out with Ron' is what I actually do. The course includes workout progressions, allowing you to adjust the exercises to make them easier or harder. I don't believe in pumping a lot of Iron, but I do lots of resistance, isometric, and cardio work. All of this can be done at home.

Nutrition

Changing habits is very hard, so we don't deal with nutrition until Ā the third month. Exercising will be more habitual after that. And then, I don't believe in diets, just a common sense approach to giving our bodies the fuel it needs to thrive.

We eat what's good for our bodies and don't eat what's bad.

The important thing is learning to tell the difference.

Do I Need Equipment

No, you don't. But you can use some if you want. I used to do a fair amount of weight lifting but you may be surprised at how little is required while still getting complete workouts.

Weightlifting will help you build muscle, but once you stop, it disappears quickly. Ā It is essential to incorporate resistance exercises, but they don't have to be weightlifting.

You can build muscle and exercise everything with just yourĀ own bodyweight. It requires very little space, just a corner of your bedroom or backyard, or even while you're watching TV.
