This is simply working out with me. You do what I do.
In "Workout with Ron", you work out along with me, and I help you adjust the workouts to make them easier or harder, whichever suits you.
I show you what to do, how to do it, and why you should do it!
This is for everyone!
It's an annual Membership that includes:
Functional workouts for all fitness components, strength, flexibility, agility, mobility, balance, posture, cardio, body composition and 'Common Sense Nutrition'
Each fitness component listed above contributes to your ability to maintain your independence. All workouts are designed by me, a senior, for seniors. These are my actual workouts. Remember my age (now 79) and that I am a senior too!
If I can do these, so can you.
- New Workouts are always being added.
- We work with and without equipment, and focus on functional movements. These are the things you find yourself doing in your daily life.
- I show you how to do every exercise and tell you how to make them harder or easier. This allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty to your individual ability.
- The course includes a very practical approach to nutrition, from:
1) My course work at 'Precision Nutrition',
2) The Colin Campbell Foundation at Cornell University.
3) What I learned after Open Heart Surgery, a stroke and Cancer.
4) What I am learning as I work to get off prescriptions for High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol. I have been told I need these for the rest of my life and I don't accept that!
