Lose those, and daily life quietly becomes harder.

Your doctor can tell you your cholesterol.
They can tell you your blood pressure.

But they usually can’t tell you whether you’ll still be able to get out of a chair, catch yourself from a fall, or walk confidently five years from now.

That’s a problem.

Medical tests don’t predict independence.
