Hi, I'm Ron. My 4 Step Fitness Plan is how I stay fit and healthy at 79.
I believe Seniors Fitness is really simple;
We just have to:
1) move our bodies the way they were meant to move, and
2) give our bodies the right kind of fuel.
Two things, that's it! That's all!
